Franklin Farms & Vineyard is located west of Potosi and east of Steelville. Nestled in the middle of Mark Twain National Forest. The farm originated in the late 1800's after the civil war. We have the original land deed signed by Ulysses S. Grant. In 1998, the logs from the original homestead were used to construct the home that now exists. In 2011, the construction of the vineyard began and was established in 2012. We offer the house for rent by the week or the day with a 2 day minimum. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, large living room with loft and full kitchen and dining area. 3012 square feet. There are 2 small ponds that are a short hike and a spring-fed creek is close by.
